This piece of kit gets you into pressure fermenting at a fraction of the cost.

(to take full advantage of fermenting under pressure you will need a CO2 Regulator and  a Spunding Valve)

Holds 5 gallons. Comes with basic vent cap which releases pressure from secondary fermentation if it gets too high. If you wish to be able to inject extra CO2 please also purchase a 2" cap with valve.

Holds 5 gallons. The King Keg has the advantage of a 4" cap which allows better access for cleaning. The top tap allows for a glass to be held underneath the tap for dispense when the keg is on a flat surface but does require more effort to keep the beer flowing. There is a float inside the keg which draws beer from near the surface which should mean that the beer is clearer. The cap comes complete with a CO2 input valve.

For injecting CO2 from an 8g bulb into a pin valve. Make sure your valve has the small central pin for piercing the bulb

AT LAST!! A CO2 regulator that fits a readily available S30 gas bottle. The regulated supply means that you can keep a constant pressure in your King Keg or other pressure barrel when up to now this has often been a struggle. 

The same system can be used for pressure fermenters and Unitank type fermenters by fitting a disconnect which is easily done.

Use with basic white pressure barrel instead of the normal Vent Cap. This allows CO2 gas to be injected into the barrel from an 8g bulb to keep the barrel under pressure and beer flowing.

Metal bulbs containing 8 grams of gas each. You need an 8g Bulb Holder to inject the gas through your pin valve. make sure your valve has the small central pin to pierce the bulb.

for use with pressurisable fermenters such as Chubby or the Apollo Unitank. Set the required pressure using the diaphragm valve and gas produced during fermentation is retained until the set pressure is reached. Excess gas is then vented.
