One of Mangrove Jacks Craft Yeast series. Ideal for Bavarian Weissbier. Brewmonkey likes this yeast in the summer because unlike most yeast it can be used at high temperatures (up to 30 degrees C) in fact at these temperatures the banana flavoured esters are what is needed for this style of beer. As expected with a wheat beer yeast it does not sink to the bottom (low flocculation) so the beer remains cloudy just as it should in a Hefeweissen Bier. Suitable for brewing Hefeweizen, Kristal Weizen, Dunkel Weizen and more. Attenuation: Medium Flocculation: Low Usage Directions: Sprinkle contents directly on up to 23 L (6 US Gal) of wort. Ferment at 18-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F) for best results.
